Slot Inspiration

Privacy policy

Slot Inspiration is a free library of short clips recorded from online slot games. You can use all of it without an account, and we do not run ads. This page explains what little data we handle, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who is responsible

Slot Inspiration is responsible for the personal data described here. Write to [email protected] with any question about it.

What we collect

Server logs. Like every website, our servers record each request: your IP address, the page you asked for, the time, your browser's user agent and the response we sent. We use these logs to keep the site running, find errors and stop abuse. We keep them for no longer than 30 days. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure, working site.

Your cookie choice. We store whether you accepted or declined analytics in a cookie, so we do not ask again on every page. See the cookie policy.

Analytics, only if you agree. If you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4. It tells us which pages and moments people visit, from which country and on which kind of device. Google sets its own cookies for this and processes the data for us. Nothing from Google Analytics loads before you agree, and you can change your mind at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. Our legal basis is your consent.

Email. If you write to us, we use your message and address to answer you and delete them when the conversation is over, unless we need them to deal with a complaint.

We do not sell your data, build profiles of you or use it for advertising.

Who processes data for us

  • Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it from attacks. Every request passes through its network, so it processes your IP address and request details for us.
  • Our hosting provider runs the servers that hold the logs described above.
  • Google runs Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics.

Some of these companies are based in the United States. Where your data leaves the UK or the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, and ask us to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to move it elsewhere. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (opens in a new tab).

Children

The site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18.

Changes

When we change this policy, we update this page.
